Not only did he know the market very well, he was also very responsive. He got our house listed quickly and we had a ton of interest almost immediately. Very honest, sold 2 homes for us, always gave great estimates, time frames, and ideas. Kept us informed of all offers and has a great photographer for listing purposes. If you have any questions or need anything he's always a text or call away. Good with technology and the programs he uses make it very easy to do any and all paperwork from home. I honestly don’t think we could have gone through the sale of our home after 20 years without Patrick as our realtor. Not only does he act quickly, he is efficient, and knows his stuff. We knew we had a unique sale, due to the age of our home (1938) Patrick’s marketing skills had us on buyers radars within HOURS. He had us under contract within a week. There’s no one else to go to when looking to sell your home here, period. This is his career, and he takes it seriously. Obviously I can’t say enough about this man’s professionalism and integrity. Patrick listed my home for sale, which had a full price signed contract within HOURS of the listing, as well as closed on that sale in 30 days! Patrick and his team completely exceeded my expectations!! I HIGHLY recommend them.

Patrick is very knowledgeable in his field and is a joy to work with! The sellers agent was not helpful in this process at all so that’s where having Patrick helped me to get this deal to work.

Patrick helped me by my first home. When my lease was not renewed at the last minute, I need to find the right house and had to close quickly. He found several houses that fit the bill and gave me great guidance on what to look out for to make sure it did not cost me later. I was very anxious as I was a first time buyer and on a short deadline. He was always there to answer my texts and calls and was a very calming presence. My father passed away last year and we will definitely be using Patrick to sell my mom’s house and buy her a condo closer to me. If you use Patrick you will not be disappointed!
